Handmade Art: Turtle Shell Deconstructed Oval Canvas 11x14

I love playing with ocean color pigments, and this particular mix has been an inspiring combination. Together, the blues, greens and copper shade bring ocean vibes. One person who regularly follows my art said it reminder her of a turtle - hence the name.

The piece is an 11x14 oval that is finished with an epoxy resin coating to make the pigments shimmer. For those of you wondering about my materials - pigments tend to shimmer and glisten a bit more than straight acrylic paint alone. That's why I've been mixing the two products together in my art.
